Our award winning E-bikes will be delivered directly to your home address by our preferred couriers. Delivery times vary depending on each brand and stock levels.
Orders can be placed via our website. Once you have updated your shopping cart please proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions. Any problems do just drop us a line via our phone lines, live chat or email.
Payment
All valid major credit/debit cards are accepted.
High E-Motion currently only ship to the UK, however plans are afoot to increase our availability. Please keep an eye on our website for details or feel free to reach out and contact us for any updates.
Returns
High E-Motion is a established and reliable business registered at Companies House and also VAT registered. You can buy with confidence knowing your E-bike will arrive in a timely manor.
If the E-bike is damaged or not functioning as it should then any returns are free of charge. Should it be a case of buyers remorse, we will of course issue a full refund less any shipping costs.
